Online Exercise Classes

How do I book? How does it work?
All classes are bookable on our website, just go to our bookings page and follow the instructions.
Our bookings page will tell you all you need to know about how to book and how to join a class.
If you get confused or you're not very tech-savvy please feel free to contact us and we can talk you through the process step by step.
Class Timetable
Our timetable is subject to minimal changes each week.

PLEASE NOTE:
​Thursday Ab Attack Class
will start at 8:05pm (not 8pm- but will still be 20 minutes) to allow for us and others to applause and thank the NHS and all Key Workers from our doorstep.

Our online classes are £5 each or unlimited classes for £17 a week, payable upon booking.
You will need access to Zoom, a video conferencing app, to join the classes.

AfterBurn
30 minute
Full body workout involving a mixture of weight training and cardio training.
Great for weight loss, building strength and endurance. Functionally you will become a lot stronger and you will become toned in the process.
Equipment needed: Ideally a bag/rucksack of weights (tins of food, bottles, books etc) or you can use dumbbells.

A full body cardio blast using high intensity interval training (HIIT).
Great for weight loss, toning, core and endurance.
​Equipment needed: A mat (optional), small/ medium towel.

Strike And Pump 3D
​
30 minute
Full body workout, using a mixture of sports inspired cardio, 3D resistance training, balance and core training. 
Great for weight loss, toning, building strength and working on balance and core stability.

(optional), barbell or dumbbells or weighted rucksack.

Barbell Blitz
30 minute
Full body workout strength training.
Great for weight loss, strength building, toning and sculpting the body.
Equipment needed: A m

Abdominal focused training, involving a mixture of weight training and body weight training.
Great for strengthening ab muscles, improving posture and toning.
Equipment needed: A mat
(optional), dumbbells or medicine ball or kettlebell or weight plate.

A complete focus on controlling your bodyweight strength.
Great for building stability around key areas of the body and developing strength.
