I am the founder of Johnson's Family Fitness, previously known as Johnson's PTS. With more than 15 years experience in weight training and sports nutrition, I am blessed and fortunate to have been a part of some wonderful transformations from injury rehabilitation to weight loss, with people of all ages and abilities. I am passionate about the exploration of 3D movement, rehabilitation and performance. There are so many fantastic and interesting tools around to aid us in our goals of gaining greater wellbeing and fitness. If an exercise challenges my movement skills, mental and physical strength then I'm happier than a pig in mud!
I have been a qualified personal trainer for over 10 years now, and I am now completing my Level 3 award in Education and Training. I am currently mentoring a small group of personal trainers and passing on my wealth of knowledge and experience.

I've helped a wide range of people with different goals, from weight loss, fat loss, muscular hypotrophy, to strength gain and general fitness improving day to day life.
I personally love strength training because it's become part of my lifestyle. We need strength in our day to day lives. Just some of the benefits include better posture and increased bone and muscle density. One other benefit is, you wont need an extra hand carrying in your shopping bags!
