Sports Massage Therapy

Mike and Alice are our Level 3 (soon to be Level 4) qualified and insured mobile massage therapists, who will come to you with all the equipment, within a 30 minute driving radius of Frome.

Sports massage is not just for athletes. Sports massage can be beneficial for everyone, This is a deep tissue massage and not suitable for someone looking for a gentle relaxing massage, so please bear that in mind before booking.

Having a sports massage will help to reduce your muscle tension and even help with headaches. It's a great supplement to a good fitness program to aid recovery and help to prevent injuries. It'll improve your circulation and lymphatic flow. A pre-event sports massage will help to stimulate your muscles and get them firing up ready for your event. A post-event massage will aid your recovery by increasing lymphatic flow and blood flow, helping you to get rid of all those nasty toxins.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy- if you have to cancel please try to let us know at least 24 hours before your session. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of a booked session will be charged at full price. You will also be charged a full price session if you don't show up to your booked session. You may cancel by sending a text, email or calling Mike (contact details here). Rest assured, as long as you contact us within 24 hours, no charges will apply, even if you don't receive a reply straight away.
All pre-paid sessions (including gift vouchers) are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
You will need to complete physical activity readiness forms before your first session and keep us updated on any new information, illnesses or conditions throughout your personal training journey with us.
