Not just for athletes, sports massage can be beneficial for everyone. This is a deep tissue massage and not suitable for someone who is looking for a relaxing massage, so please bear this in mind before booking.
Having a sports massage will help to reduce your muscle tension and headaches. It's a great supplement to a good fitness program to aid recovery and help to prevent injuries. It'll improve your circulation and lymphatic flow. A pre-event sports massage will help to stimulate your muscles and get them firing up ready for your event. A post-event massage will aid your recovery by increasing lymphatic flow and blood flow, helping to get rid of all those toxins.

Please note:
- We have a 24 hour cancellation policy- if you have to cancel please try to let us know at least 24 hours before your session. Any sessions cancelled within 24 hours of a booked session will be charged at full price. You will also be charged a full price session if you don't show up to your booked session. You may cancel by sending a text, email or calling your massage therapist (contact details here). Please don't panic if you don't receive a reply straight away, as long as you have contacted us within the appropriate time you will not be charged.
- All pre-paid sessions (including gift vouchers) are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
- For all massages you will need to complete massage readiness forms before your session. Some illnesses and conditions will be contraindicated, meaning they may not be able to go ahead, or the massage may need to be adapted to your individual needs.
