Personal Training*
(*currently only taking place online or as a 1:1 in a public place) 1:1 Personal Training OR Group Personal Training (2-3 people). Sessions based either at Combe Grove, Bath or your home/garden or from our home gym in Frome (all with social distancing measures in place and thoroughly cleaned equipment between each and every client). If you chose to have sessions in your own home we will bring equipment to you. All sessions are built around your personal goals and abilities. PAYG 30 minute session: £30 Block of ten 30 minute sessions: £250 PAYG 60 minute session: £55 Block of ten 60 minute sessions: £500 Group personal training is priced at the same prices as above, you can divide the cost between you. 1:1 Personal Training OR Group Personal Training (2-3 people) Sessions are online via a video call, where we can add up to 3 people to join the workout. We will use a platform you are happy with to make the video call. It means you can train wherever you are, whether that's on holiday, at your home, anywhere you are comfortable. These sessions are built around your goals and abilities. PAYG 30 minute session: £30 Block of ten 30 minute sessions: £250 PAYG 60 minute session: £55 Block of ten 60 minute sessions: £500 Group personal training is priced at the same prices as above, you can divide the cost between you. 3D Movement Analysis and Restoration*
(*currently only taking place online or as a 1:1 in a public place) 1:1 Training to analyse how your body moves. We will then give you training to improve and enhance your movement ability, restoring your movement to a high level. To take place in your choice of outside space with social distancing or over video call using Zoom. You will receive 4x30 minute 3D movement training sessions, weekly support and tasks to complete outside of sessions. 1st week- Record and assess your movement, using 3DMAPS. Exercises to practice. 2nd week- Share your report and introduce your first solution to making your movement ability greater. 3rd week- Re-assess 3DMAPS and introduce your second solution. 4th week- Assess your overall improvements, with a report to follow. 4 Week Package: £150 |
Fortitude Bootcamp
(*currently postponed) Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm at Combe Down RFC A no nonsense bootcamp for busy people who need the exercise but just can't find the motivation to push themselves. In line with our Governing Body's Covid-19 safety guidelines. £5 per 40 minute session- booking essential. Personalised Nutrition Program
To help you reach your goals, we will create a nutrition program personalised with foods that you like. Any allergies and dietary requirements will be carefully adhered to. Once you receive your first program you will then be asked to complete a check in each week, to review and discuss your progress. You'll receive a revised program each week for another 3 weeks. 4 week program: £80 Personalised Exercise Program
An exercise program will be created just for you. It will be the perfect combination of exercises for you to reach your goals. Your personal ability and favourite exercises will also be taken into consideration. You will receive a new plan each week for 4 weeks. 4 week program: £80 Personalised Exercise Program WITH Personal Training As above but you will also receive an hour of Personal Training to coach you through the program. The session will be based at either Combe Grove, Bath or your home or our home gym in Frome. 4 week program including 60 minute personal training session: £135 Fitness Training for Sports Clubs*
