What do you want Wednesdays?
This weeks request;

The topic of nutrition for good looking bodies has played a huge role in my life since I was a little boy. My father gave me endless nutrition lectures about gaining lean muscle.
Professionally I have researched and studied this subject hardcore for the past 5 painful years.
These are my current views. What nature grows is best. Who do you trust more, a greedy businessman capitilising on peoples good nature so he/she can live an outrageous life of material luxury? or nature itself that has been around helping you adapt since the age of time?
The right food is what nature provides.
Best types of foods for weight loss;
Vegetables, nuts, legumes, seeds, meat, poultry, fish, seafood.
* Fruits are also great but I always balance them out in high protein, high fat meals as I have learned that a high sugar blast can increase someones weight and body fat. The body needs balance.
Okay so eating healthier does help weight loss but don't think it's as simple as stuffing your face with the good stuff. You need to control your portions. It's easy when you plan your meals because you can track and tweak your plan every 2-4 weeks. You tweak your plan if it's not working for you. Before writing a new plan you need to find out why it wasn't working. For example; Your body has stayed the same? Or your not enjoying life on your plan?
You are on a lower calorie diet and your eating healthy! but your body looks no different? Exercise has been cracked so what now?

If the score is a plus figure then add more healthy fats. If the score is a minus score then RESULT! just keep organized with your plan. My nans making quality progress with this method. My nan looks the healthiest I have ever seen her. And she looks slimmer and younger than I have ever seen her!
