I love finding solutions to problems. So whether you have broken motivation, energy, lifestyle, food plans, body or you're not coping well with inconsiderate belters..(my word for idiots) then I could put something together extremely valuable on my blog to help you through it. I don't have the answers to everything but I can be useful in you getting steps closer to what you want.
What do you want Wednesdays?
Todays request was on motivation struggles! Which is perfect as right now I'm struggling to write this. It's sheer determination to stick to my plan that's keeping me from my bed at almost 1am in the morning. I have an early start tomorrow too! I feel wiped out. Writing this is great because if it wasn't for the fact that I have committed myself to meaningful goal then you wouldn't be reading this now. If I'm totally honest If I felt like this everytime I wrote I would lose motivation and I would want to quit blogging! Of course my goal is so important that no matter how shitty I feel I will hang in there. But hey hanging in there isn't good enough. It's not life sustainable. I love writing and helping people but my best times are earlier in the day! I have to be more organised and do the important things like blogging at my most productive time when I have the essential energy required! What will I do better next time springs to mind...
4- I will blog straight after my morning workouts from now onwards. No more late night blogging. So on the topic of motivation here's my tips.
1- Identify your important goal
2- Create a plan of action & stick to it
3- Evaluate if you're progressing
4- Solve your problems
5- Learn from an expert who can help you get on track and make the most of now!
