Have your meal and exercise plan sheets for the week ready (make now if you don't have them), prepare tomorrows food, organise your gym and work bags, check your diary for clues to anything you maybe missing. Set your alarms and reward yourself in the morning with a 'cuppa tea' or whatever floats your boat.
