It's all about hitting targetted muscles and creating an intense blood flow whilst in a fasted state.
Every morning for 28 days I will focus on my abs because I find them the hardest body part to get those ripped up results cover models meanly flaunt! I will also eat all my meals in an 8 hour window starting at 10am (intermittent fasting method). My diet won't change. I have been labelled as a paleo warrior but I just like to eat or drink natural healthy food in it's best form. I do have the occasional glass or bottle of red wine, pint of real ale and a fair share of apple pie so I'm not totally clean.
My abs aren't really gaining the progress I want so it's time to shake things up. I'll keep my diet the same so we can see if this 28 day focused method does anything.
1 simple high intense cardio exercise for 20 seconds to superset with 3 key spot fat burning exercises challenging 3 seperate planes to hit abs from every angle. I will complete each ab exercise for 12 reps. This ab cardio fat burning workout will take 15 minutes to complete.
