Getting regular training and great balance of foods from my PROJECT FLAB-FL. Physically and mentally I'm getting tougher. Today's focus was on kicking balance and co-ordinating head dancer like rotations. It's a real mare to put together but when it all connects the movements flow and you feel like you're flying. Heavy breathing, tired legs, strong instruction and within a blink of an eye the kick connects. The sound echoes around the room and I'm standing with my eyes still set to finish off my target. I'm target hungry and having too much of a good time to want to stop. My recovery time is ridiculous and my aerial power is going through the roof. Bring on December. I want more and more.
