Evolution- Natures survival of the fittest.
Our food choices shape our current existence.
WHAT DO WE KNOW?
First of all, our ancestors known as homo-sapiens were learning the Earth's secrets roughly 200,000 years ago give or take a few thousand years!
Scientists can only bring so much light to this subject as they detect and try to understand what makes us human. All we can do is understand the scientists clues to the best of knowledge and to attempt the trial and error methods. All human bodies are similar but not the same!
Charles Darwin once said, “It is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
This quote is special! It's all about adapting. You can't force an adaptive response but you create an opportunity for adaptation. Your body is smarter than you, you just need to feed it with the good stuff.
Didn't we evolve from apes, gorillas and chimps? No, we are all modern species. However, we share the same ancestor the African ape.
Did you know?
We share close to 99% of the same DNA as gorillas!
We also share the
Fruit Fly: 60%
What do we share in common other than the fact that we live on Earth? We all need nutrition to survive and to thrive.
Nutrition is the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth. Nutrition can enhance your brains and the rest of your human bodily functions. We humans are not the strongest, maybe not the smartest of species, but we are in control of the Earth's food and water sources. We are in thrival position.
