1994, J.K. Rowling had just gotten a divorce, was on government aid, and could barely afford to the basic needs to look after her baby.
3 years later she published the first Harry Potter book, Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone.
It wasn't that simple!...
When she was shopping it out, she was so poor she couldn’t afford a computer or even the cost of photocopying the 90,000-word novel, so she manually typed out each version to send to publishers. It was rejected more than a dozen times until a small London publisher, gave it a second chance after the CEO’s eight year-old daughter fell in love with it.
Can you imagine the feeling of getting that break?
WOW! This story means a lot to me because I want to achieve the success that JK has. Not in the business of novels but in the business of getting people fitter, heathier and happier online.
I've tried many different angles!...
What do you do when you can't give valuable life changing techniques away? Perhaps there are a few silent followers of my blog. Who knows? My stats visitors wise looks great, but am I actually helping you, the reader.
All I can do is keep trying. Just like JK I will persevere.
Never give in!
Hey, perhaps you can help me?
How do I help you through blogging?
Break the mould and comment, I dare you :-)
