These smoothies are in order of my current favourites. I have been inspired by my wife Alice. Alice is a pinterest geek and spends hours looking at tasty recipes for healthy and not so healthy treats. Of course here at Johnson's Family Fitness we only promote the good stuff! 1 Spiced Apple Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie; Heavenly as you get the best of both worlds! I love apple pie and chocolate peanut butter so it made perfect sense to experiment with this combo. RESULT! 5 Super Hero Smoothie; KAPOW!!!

6 Creamy Blueberry; Feeling a little pleased with myself as I'm becoming a smoothie guru! This beauty was delicious. Adding the Greek full fat yoghurt, diced apple and avocado created a great balance of sweet taste and smooth creamy texture. Creamy Blueberry is a little more than just a healthy treat. Blueberries are highly rated as one of the best antioxidants out there. I also added coconut oil for greater energy balance. 7 3RAD Blast; It doesn't look very appealing but taste wise it's lush!!! Full
of blueberry and spinach goodness. We called it 3RAD BLAST for a reason. This is a gray coloured version of one of our healthiest smoothies the GREEN MACHINE. Obviously we couldn't call it GRAY MACHINE. Simply because it's boring!!!! As I experiment more with my smoothie recipes I do expect this my top 10 to change. I hope you enjoy this list. I highly recommend you try making your own healthy smoothies. It can be very inspiring and extremely useful in helping you and your family become healthier and happier.
