Tastier and more importantly healthier breakfast options.
1- BREAKFAST MUFFIN
Omellette baked in a muffin tray. Scramble up your eggs. Pour into a muffin tray. Add your fillings like ham, mushrooms, spinach, onions, and tomotoes. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 180°.
2- BANANA PANCAKES
Blend ratio of 2 eggs to 1 banana. Cook in a frying pan with coconut oil. Flip when bubbles appear.
3- BAKED CINNAMON GRAPEFRUIT
Cut grapefuit in half, sprinkle with cinnamon on top and put in oven to bake at 180° for 15-20 minutes.
4- BACON AVOCADO
Peel skin off your avocado. Slice your avocado into 8 pieces and wrap streaky bacon around for each piece. Then cook in the oven at 180° until bacon is crispy.
5- SCRAMBLED EGGS, SPINACH & SMOKED SALMON
Scramble eggs. Wilt spinach with coconut oil. Serve with smoked salmon.
