Those of you who know me know that I'm healthy 99.9% of the time. I have come along way since my days of chocolate binge eating!
THE OLD DAYS...
I use to buy packets and packets of Reeses Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups. Oh and probably some salt and vinegar chip sticks too. Maybe a few more different brands of chocolate bars with a small bag or 2 of frazzles. I'd scoff the lot too. It was disgusting. I binged on unhealthy food when I was stressed or bored which was at least once or twice a week.
Last week I ate my first bit of unhealthy food and consumed more alcohol than I could deal with resulting in me feeling really horrible. I have been so called clean eating for months!
ON THE BRIGHT SIDE...
Not all doom and gloom though as I wasn't a patch of my former uncontrollable self. The Mike Johnson this year is incredibly stronger than he was last year and any other year too. I have discipline these days. I have become one of those ennoying people who say no to eating a whole bar in chocolate in one sitting.
CONTROL YOUR CAKE..
If you're are serious about being healthy and in great shape know this! It's possible that you can do so with a controlled existance of the unhealthy stuff. And I mean controlled!
If you eat a little bit of crap once a week and maybe have a drink or two don't threat. Your six pack dreams are not over unless your an unhealthy food junkie in which case you need to read our next weeks volume 4 Having Your Cake And Eating It blog where I will show you how to make the addictive unhealthy food become healthier ;-)
