Have you ever thought you had done everything possible to make something work but then realise on quiet reflection that you have so much more left to try?
It's easy to let a bad experience give you an overall broad impression that there's no hope. But keep moving towards the next hurdle. Falling and stumbling is just part of your journey. No matter what if you look at it like this your experiences are making you wiser and stronger. You are getting somewhere. Maybe not fast but it's progress.
When you fall off the horse get straight back on. Your only real failure is fear of trying again.
If your goal is to lose fat and you were put off by an arse hole of a trainer who put you into the ground, stop..don't think all trainers are the same. Find a new one but probe more to see if they are suitable for your needs.
If your goal is to overcome back pain and you see a shite physio who makes it worse then look around and find another one. Just because you have one bad professional doesn't mean all are the same and go by the same practice.
There many incredible gifted passionate professionals out there that do help others achieve amazing things. One day you will find someone who can take you to new exciting heights if you haven't found that someone already.
For some reason I felt I had to share this. I pick up on too many people labelling broadly from one bad experience.
Remove the labels and learn how to probe for the right people. If they offer you a free trial or consultation snap it up and if it's not for you move on and probe someone else until you get what you want and need! You will know when you're onto something great!
