My exercise program is simple but very enjoyable. I feel like my body is learning new tricks. The smoothies and meals are all healthy and homemade.

Todays fish and sweet potato chips were gert lush! And so needed. It's been a tough day. Todays meal really hit the spot. I added a generous squeeze of lemon to give the meal a kick. Todays white fish was river cobbler.
Sweet potato is a much healthier and in my opinion a tastier way of having the much loved fish and chips dish.
Why sacrifice your favourite meals when all you need to do is tweak them for healthier ingredients.
