Every Thursday I post a Faster, Leaner, Stronger blog. I will share what I'm up to and how I'm getting on. I'm not your traditional personal trainer but I do like to use old school, new school and MJ methods to beast mode progress! I like to be different but more importantly I love to challenge proven methods and innovate them for greater gains.
I was always a short strong slightly chubby but very sporty kid growing up. I was fast but never had the speed or technique to break 12 seconds over 100m. I never had the six pack look and I fell out of love with my heavy lifting programs before I had the chance to see my true potential. My best deadlift was 180k for 5 reps. I play rugby, I kickbox and I enjoy other forms of martial arts. Being competitive there's no better edge than great training.
