The deadlift is the most common and one of the most functional exercises we complete for strength gains.
The one armed deadlift creates a serious instability challenge and requires a focus on balance. If you want to increase your grip strength, shoulder stability and core strength then this exercise is the upgrade you need. It has to be my exercise of the week!

Start the one armed deadlift as you would with any other basic deadlift exercise. Take your grip from the middle of the bar. Keep your chest up, back straight, knees bent, arm completely straight whilst other arm is for helping you balance. Always start the exercise with a light weight and gradually build up over the sets.
