This week our client and friend Rachel came up with this full body burner, she named it Stretchy Spiderman!
Rachel came up with this whilst mucking about with her kids. The medball or any ball really can be used to not only increase shoulder and back core strength but can be used as a great distraction as you roll it from one hand to another. Try to roll a ball from side to side for 60 seconds whilst maintaining a strong hold with legs and feet raised. Rest for 30 seconds and complete another 60 seconds. Rest and complete once more until failure. YOU WILL BE A SWEATY MESS! Raise arms and legs by squeezing tighting your bum, lower back and shoulder blades. FEEL THE BURN!
