It's my exercise of the week!
I designed this move to help me become more supple for kickboxing and to strengthen my core at the same time. Training can be massively time consuming when you have multiple goals so I tend to train smarter not longer. This move is perfect for anyone struggling with tight hips and for anyone who finds press ups easy peasy! Like all exercises, this exercise has progressions and regressions that may suit you best.
