What was I thinking!? was my initial thought when I said I was going to try it. Chocolate and chilli! What sicko thought this was going to be a great idea. It must have been a mistake surely.
Those of you who know me, know that a ginger beer makes me sweat so what on Earth was something actually known for being hot going to do to me.
I added a tablespoon of honey to make the medicine go down and bosh. A hit! It tasted lush. Then another hit, the heat caught me and I almost lost my voice in surprise. After the first shock the smoothie went down very well. A big step for me! I'm not a hot head so I only added a bit of chilli. Hot heads may want to add more. If like me you're not great with the hot stuff then follow my exact recipe.
We know that chilli, avocado, dark chocolate, full fat greek yoghurt, honey and almond milk are special in their own rights for health and fitness benefits. If you want to lose fat, stay energetic but have a sweet tooth then this is perfect!!! If you're a hot head then you will be in heaven with this smoothie.
