Morning Life Fitness
I had an early night and woke up at around 9am! That's a big lie in for me. I slept like a log. I got my workout gear on...pair of boxers. And entered Jet Li's academy lesson 1 Tai Chi for beginners on youtube. My 3rd lesson ever and going strong. After 15 minutes of practicing my sequence I went into my 28 Day Beach Ready Abs. After smashing that it was kickboxing kick balance homework mixed with my 3D conditioning and Livingroom Barstarz program. It was a tough 1 hour session! All the exercises were bodyweight and left me feeling really hot, sweaty and very energetic in mind. A fantastic start to the day. My best time to workout is definatly morning as I work late evenings.
Our Damp Escape
This week we decided against a long journey and we had a day out closer to home. We went to Longleat Safari Park! My sister in law got us an annual pass...BOOM! I'm a big kid really..I love safari parks! It was hammering down today. Lots and lots of rain all day but that didn't dampen our spirits. It's been a great day from start to finish.
My personal training and boot camp clients are doing incredibly well. I have had some wonderful break throughs recently. It's exciting to see new doors open.
