Firstly if I told you I had a roast dinner for breakfast what would you say? Most people would argue with me that roast dinner for breakfast is disgusting and that I should be getting my cereals or porridge in the morning before work as it will speed up my metabolism as clever marketing companies like to put it.

Break-fast means the first meal of the day! I can break my fast anytime I want. Have you heard about the benefits of fasting?
So my first meal of the day! Bacon and Grapefruit with Cinnamon! I'm feeling just right and pretty sharp on the keyboard! My brain is fired up and my body is ready for Friday! TGIFG! Thank god I feel good! When you feed your body with what's right for you, you become a man of the future.
