When it comes to seeking greater health and fitness, play is one of the most effective ways. If like me you're are very competitive no matter how big or small a game is I'd recommend warming up first. I once pulled my groin attempting a diving catch in a friendly muck about game of rounders. Injuries can strike when you're minds distracted by the big W! (Try not too look too serious unless it's part of your bants).
